Jonathan Ehrlick

My name is Jonathan Ehrlick. I'm a residential real estate broker with eXp Agence immobilière and Operations Manager of Montreal's Elite Real Estate Group. I help coordinate daily operations while serving buyers and sellers across Montreal's West Island, Vaudreuil-Soulanges, Lachine and southwest Québec, including Beauharnois and Salaberry-de-Valleyfield.

I follow current comparable sales, listing competition and the details of each property closely. Keeping clients informed and confident throughout the home-buying or selling process is incredibly important to me. Real estate transactions aren't always simple — but they should be clear and well understood.

My background in the performing arts shapes how I communicate, prepare and stay composed during negotiations. I'm fascinated by the social science behind decision-making and by how different strategies can change a conversation.
