Alright! New year, new me! Here we go, time to crush all those new years resolutions! There’s a lot to do, so I better get started… I mean… There’s a lot to do… so… It’s a lot… and the couch is right there. Maybe a quick social media scroll session before getting started? I mean, I do have all year to accomplish my resolutions… KABLAM! before you know it it’s 2024!

This year, don’t let the same thing that happens year after year happen again. These simple tips will help ensure you’re successful at crushing your goals. I hope these tips help you as much as they’ve helped me over the years.
10 Tips to Remain Productive in the New Year:
1. Set clear goals: It's important to have a clear idea of what you want to accomplish in the new year. Write down your goals and break them down into smaller, more manageable tasks. This will help you stay focused and motivated.
2. Make a "to-don't" list: Along with your usual to-do list, make a "to-don't" list of things you want to avoid in the new year. This could include procrastination, overcommitting, limit/avoid netflix, etc…
3. Stay organized: Keep your workspace clean and organized. Having a cluttered space can be distracting and make it harder to focus.
4. Exercise and eat well: Taking care of your physical health can have a big impact on your productivity. Exercising regularly doesn’t mean you need to be a body builder or a marathon runner. Just simply keeping active can be a complete game changer!
5. Positive self talk: “The most powerful words in the universe are the ones you say to yourself” - Random FaceBook post. Everyone falls down, picking yourself back up is a part of life. Don’t beat yourself up for dropping the ball, encourage yourself to pick it back up and continue on!

7. Find a productivity buddy: Having someone to hold you accountable can be a great way to stay on track. Find a colleague or friend to check in with and share your goals with.
